CANCELLATION POLICY

When booking an appointment with Fades By Sami, please understand the cancellation/tardy policies.

-New clients are required to pre-pay a 50% deposit for their first appt, the deposit goes towards the total cost of services scheduled. 

​

-Please arrive 5-10 mins prior to appt time.

​

-After 10-15 mins late, your appt may need to be rescheduled.

​

-Same Day Cancellations/No Show Fee: (notice given less than 12 hours prior to appt time): 50% of scheduled services.
